Michael has a passion for building strong relationships. At a young age, as he assisted his father in the roofing industry with project management, coordination and Estimating. His drive and determination led him to achieve Honors in Architectural Technology while achieving multiple certifications with Honors in Architectural Drafting & Detailing; being one of the top Graduates in his entire Program. Michael has recently led an incredibly successful career in the real estate market for over a decade. He brings his expertise and professionalism to be the head of operations at Next Generation Roofing Group. Michael is your go-to guy for all your industry needs; leading investors, developers and builders in the right direction with honesty, trust and invaluable knowledge.
Silvano Goncalves

Silvano’s roofing knowledge exceeds 15 years in the industry in all related aspects ranging from safety, production, maintenance, repairs, and estimating. He is incredibly dedicated to the safety of his team and ensures all protocols are taken with extreme precaution by leading the company’s health and safety procedures and standards on all projects. As he takes the lead on sites; workers, clients and the public can assure they are in great hands.

Jason, commonly known as Jay, offers over 15 years of experience in the roofing industry bringing a vast knowledge of commercial, industrial and residential flat roofing solutions. His expertise expands in various areas such as production, maintenance, repairs, client relations and quality assurance. Jay takes pride in all his work and ensures that the project not only gets done but is done in a professional and timely manner.
